About Well Labs+ Dallas
A founder-led medical spa on West Lovers Lane that began in 2010 as Spa in the City, with the same founder and the same team today.
How the practice started
Josanne Stephens opened the practice in 2010 in one small treatment room inside an OB/GYN office at Medical City. She started with injectables and permanent makeup, and the client list kept growing by word of mouth.
Several moves later, we are a full medical spa with seven treatment rooms and a staff of ten, tucked among the shops on West Lovers Lane. Josanne has more than 30 years in aesthetics, and she still consults with clients and treats them herself.
Some of those clients go back a long way. In her words, "It's fun to see clients I did electrolysis on years ago now bringing their daughters in for laser hair removal!"

Spa in the City joined the Well Labs+ family of medical spas.

The Dallas practice took the Well Labs+ name. The team, the founder, and the address stayed the same.
