Booking and visit questions
Can I be treated on the same day as my consultation?
Often, yes. If you already know what you want, we are happy to treat you the same day. If you would like to talk through options first, book a consultation and we will build a plan with you before anything is scheduled.
Should I book online or start with the Treatment Plan?
Book online if you know the treatment you want. If you are new to us or unsure what would help, start with the complimentary Treatment Plan. It asks about your goals and budget so the consultation starts from what matters to you.
Are you open on Saturdays?
Saturday visits are by appointment only, and we are closed on Sundays. On weekdays we open at 9 AM, except Monday when we open at 11 AM, and we stay open until 7 PM on Thursdays.
What happens after I send the form?
A member of our team reads every message and replies by phone or email. We will answer your question or offer a time for a consultation, and there is no obligation to book. Many answers are also on our common questions page.
How do I pay for treatment?
Cash and check payments receive our lowest pricing, and card payments are slightly higher. We also offer payment plans through Cherry, so see our payment options for details. VIP members pay a monthly draft that banks as credit toward treatment.
If you already visit often, the VIP membership turns a monthly payment into credit you spend on your own schedule.
