Editorial Policy

How we create, review, source, and correct the content we publish.

Our editorial standards

Every page and article we publish is written to be accurate, useful, and honest. We aim to explain topics clearly, avoid exaggerated claims, and give you the information you need to make confident decisions.

Who writes and reviews our content

Our articles are written by our editorial team, drawing on our own hands-on experience at the practice and on the sources described below. When an article has been clinically reviewed, the reviewer's name and the review date appear near the top of the page, and you can read more about their background on their profile.

How we source medical and treatment claims

Some claims explain how a treatment works, what it can do, or what to expect. For those, we lean on peer-reviewed research, FDA labeling, and the maker's own instructions for use. We add what we have learned from doing the treatment ourselves. When an article cites a source, you will find it in a Sources & references section at the end, so you can check it yourself.

Results and expectations

Individual results vary, and we do not guarantee a specific outcome for any treatment. Every before-and-after photo on this site shows a real Well Labs+ Dallas client, shared with that client’s permission, with no stock or AI-generated images. Our content is not a substitute for an in-person consultation, where we assess your skin, goals, and history before recommending treatment.

Corrections and updates

We keep our content current. When facts change, we update the page and its "last updated" date. Clinically reviewed articles also show a "last reviewed" date of their own. If you spot an error, our contact page reaches the team directly. We read every message and act on corrections promptly.

Our use of AI

We use AI tools to help with research and drafting, but every published page or article is directed, edited, and checked by a person before it goes live. We never publish raw AI output. This covers writing only. Our photos, as noted above, are never AI-generated.
