What services do you offer at Well Labs+ Medspa Dallas?
We offer a full range of aesthetic and wellness treatments, from injectables and dermal fillers to lasers, facials, body contouring, and medical weight loss and hormone programs. See our treatments for the full list, or start with a complimentary Treatment Plan if you are not sure where to begin.
Do I need a consultation before my treatment?
Not always. If you have a specific treatment in mind, same-day treatment is often available. If you would prefer to discuss your options first, a consultation is complimentary with a booked service and is tailored to your individual goals.
Who is a good candidate for aesthetic treatments?
Many healthy adults looking to improve skin quality, soften signs of aging, or support their overall wellness may be good candidates. A consultation or Treatment Plan helps determine which treatments are appropriate for you and identifies any health considerations to review first.
What happens at my first visit?
Your first visit begins with a conversation about your concerns and goals. From there, we recommend a plan tailored to your skin, goals, and budget, starting with the most conservative effective approach. Can I start with the Treatment Plan instead of booking directly?
Many clients do exactly that. The complimentary Treatment Plan asks a few questions about your goals and budget, then gives you a personalized recommendation and a PDF you can look over before you book anything.
Treatments and Results
Are your treatments safe?
Treatments are performed by our trained providers, who follow strict safety and hygiene protocols. Before any treatment, we review your health history and explain what to expect, including possible side effects.
How long do treatments take?
Most treatments take 30 to 60 minutes. Treatments covering more than one area can take a little longer, and we will tell you the expected time when we book you in.
Is there downtime after treatments?
Most of our treatments are non-invasive or minimally invasive, so downtime is minimal to none. Some can leave mild redness or swelling that usually settles within a few days, and our care instructions cover what to do before and after each visit.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the treatment and your goals. Some show a result after one visit, while others work best as a short series, which we map out as part of your plan.
When will I start seeing results?
Some treatments show a change right away. Others, like collagen-stimulating treatments, build gradually over a few weeks to a few months as your body responds.
Are treatments painful?
Most clients tolerate treatments well. You may feel some discomfort depending on the procedure, and many treatments use a numbing cream or cooling technology to keep you comfortable.
How long do results typically last?
It varies by treatment. Some results last several months, and collagen-stimulating treatments can last a year or longer with the right maintenance.
Can treatments be combined?
Often, yes. Many of our treatments work well together, and we build one plan around your goals rather than treating each area on its own.
Pricing and Payment Options
Why is there no price list on your website?
Pricing for many treatments, including injectables, is individualized and confirmed during your consultation, so we do not publish a per-treatment price list. We always review costs with you before you commit, and our front desk can answer specific pricing questions by phone. Any current promotions appear on our monthly specials page.
How does the VIP membership work?
The VIP membership is $99 per month with no automatic renewal. Each monthly payment is added to your account as credit that rolls over and can be shared with family or friends. Members also save 10% on every service and 15% on retail products.
What is the Dallas price-match guarantee?
After your consultation, bring us any published Dallas-area price for the same treatment and we will match it. It is a standing offer across the practice, meant as reassurance rather than a discount to chase.
Do you offer financing?
We do, through Cherry financing, which lets you spread the cost of a treatment or package over time instead of paying all at once.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and credit or debit cards. Card payments include a small processing fee, and our front desk can confirm the exact amount for your treatment.
