Getting to know Julia
Julia is a physician associate who treats both adults and children. She has several years of experience in psychiatry and has treated patients of all ages and from many walks of life.
Ms. Messineo was born and raised in Rochester, New York. She earned both of her degrees at Le Moyne College, a private Jesuit college in Syracuse, New York. There she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Shortly after graduating, she relocated to Dallas, Texas.
